Gasoline and Diesel Term Bid #11209

The Union County Board of Education will accept sealed bids for gasoline and diesel for the 2022-2023 school year. Bids are due no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 31, 2022 in the Office of the County Superintendent of Education located at 250 Carter Avenue, New Albany, MS. Bids will be accepted by mail, hand delivery, or electronically at www.ucsdbids.com. This is a term bid and bid prices will be effective from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The bids will be opened, publicly read aloud, and tabulated prior to the board meeting by the administration. The bid tabulation sheet will be presented to the board at the regular scheduled board meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 5:30 PM, which will be held in the Union County School Board Room, 250 Carter Avenue, New Albany, MS. All sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid-Gas/Diesel”.

The Union County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
